The "Who Am I" Surveys

Each survey starts with basic information about you and your behavior. The first survey is about the DSM-IV criteria and Executive Functions. The second and and third surveys are about Roger Meyers' Asperger Syndrome Characteristics, however I feel that these can be applied to all types and should therefore be completed by all. The fourth survey addresses co-morbid conditions and concludes with a questionnaire about your views on certain subjects being dealt with in the autistic realm.

These surveys are anonymous. No data which can identify you is collected.

• Survey 1 - DSM-IV and Executive Functions, 7-10 minutes
• Survey 2 - Roger Meyers Asperger Characteristics - Social, 8-10 minutes
• Survey 3 - Roger Meyers Asperger Characteristics - Cognitive and Work/School, 15 minutes
• Survey 4 - Co-morbid and Questionnaire, 5-10 minutes
