The Friend/Family Surveys

These surveys are for people who have an association with one or more autistic person(s) (not yourself). Each survey starts with basic information about the "type" of autism the person you have in mind has. The first survey is about the DSM-IV criteria and Executive Functions. The second and and third surveys are about Roger Meyers' Asperger Syndrome Characteristics, however I feel that these can be applied to all types of autism and should therefore be completed by all. The fourth survey addresses co-morbid conditions and concludes with a questionnaire about your views on certain subjects being dealt with in the autistic realm.

These surveys are anonymous. No data which can identify you is collected.

  • Survey 1 - DSM-IV and Executive Functions, 7-10 minutes
  • Survey 2 - Roger Meyers Asperger Characteristics - Social, 8-10 minutes
  • Survey 3 - Roger Meyers Asperger Characteristics - Cognitive and Work/School, 15 minutes
  • Survey 4 - Co-morbid and Questionnaire, 5-10 minutes
